Kumihimo braiding tools

The kumihimo disc is a wheel 6" in diameter made of a dense foam. It is quite sturdy, since it holds thread (and ribbon) quite firmly without abrading the fiber. Braiders of all levels of experience find this disc a joy to use. You can order the disc alone or in the form of a kit, described below.

We have the newest book from Karen DeSousa, which adds more to the wonderful one that has been a favorite. It is a "stand alone" book, meaning that you don't have to be experienced in braiding to use this book. One of the real treasures is that it includes instructions for making beaded end caps for your braids.
